This way, the solution supports systematic competence development and provides data on the implementation of courses. Further, the Vuolearning platform enables clients to create new content from scratch or convert pre-existing material, such as PowerPoint, PDF, or a Word document, as a basis of a course. It provides tools to embed video, audio, assignments or external tools into the course and textbased content.

The Vuolearning platform offers a real-time register on course accomplishments by visualising data on course accomplishments and behaviour. It enables expirations and reminders for the courses that are to be taken regularly. “With the help of learning paths, a training program can be set and scheduled automatically,” adds Johanna. The platform integrates with clients’ existing tools, such as Office 365, to automate user management and combine logins with pre-existing accounts. With dynamic user management, the courses can automatically be assigned to the right users based on their background information integrated from Office 365 or other systems. One of Vuolearning’s powerful tools has been used to convert pre-existing materials, such as PDFs and PowerPoints, to the platform. With the help of this feature, clients can benefit from their own materials and start the course creation process by converting their PowerPoint into an online course draft and then editing and enriching that with images, video and assignments. Further, Vuolearning also provides onboarding training and fast support for its clients. “With us, they can rely on receiving the help they need to succeed with their courses,” says Johanna.
