In the spring of 2020, the company plans to bring a series of governance courses to the market to train nonprofit boards. The aim of the courses is to bring in clarity to nonprofit board members about their role as a member and assist in understanding and improving the way nonprofit boards conduct work. “We’re also implementing a Salesforce customer service backend for building out our own customer support model. Our main motive is to offer best-in-class customer service to all of users,” states Opicka.

The company has been garnering massive traction in the market due to its quality service and team expertise. “Last year, our online user base grew by 500 percent. People always ask, how many users do you have on your LMS? It’s easier to say that by next fall, we’re going to have so many on our system and taking our courses that we might as well be the University of Tennessee,” chuckles Opicka.
