Despite the laws prohibiting overtaking school buses when the stop sign is extended, offenders are a persistent problem. MJG addresses this with its CrossSafe Violation Management Service. Cameras installed on the side of the bus capture the license plates of violators. It provides clear recordings even at speeds of over 100KPH, with an evidence capture accuracy of 97 percent. Important details, such as GPS location and timestamps, are documented to ensure the data can be used for due processes and as evidence in court.

Every product is rooted in a client-centric approach. In one instance, a school division approached the company with safety concerns based on complaints from students regarding the jolts they experienced during travel. In response, MJG developed and integrated a G-Force sensor into the DVR, which automatically triggers alerts when the sensor readings exceed the normal range. This helps prevent delayed response during emergencies and facilitates effective evaluation of sudden impacts and collisions. Additionally, combining sensor data with video footage provides comprehensive incident documentation and enhanced oversight.

Beyond product innovation, MJG ensures high-touch customer service. It offers next-day delivery through a warehouse capable of preparing, programming and shipping 2,500 units per month, with the capacity to scale up to 5,000 units.
