The pervasive influence of technology in the 21st century has significantly impacted education and social dynamics, compelling us to critically analyze its effect on social and emotional learning (SEL) and, more importantly, how we can channel its potential to foster profound and positive transformations in our students’ learning.

Unraveling the Essence of Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)

It is imperative to grasp the true essence of this multifaceted discipline to truly understand technology's role in SEL. Social and emotional learning is a dynamic process that empowers individuals, particularly youth, to cultivate and apply critical skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed for comprehending and managing emotions, nurturing empathy, fostering positive relationships, and making sensible choices.
