While working as part of a collective, students can also reflect and track their individual progress, earn points by completing assignments on time, volunteer for campus activities, participate in events and polls, fulfill skill development challenges set forth by the university, and unlock awards and accolades, giving rise to higher opportunities and ranks. Throughout their development and time at their campus, all their achievements are recorded and represented via an Automated Co-Curricular Transcript, giving recruiters an additional facet to know and understand them.

Digital Passport

One of the pioneering features of the Alimus platform is the “21st Century Skills Passport” that helps universities foster those Skills and talents in students, making them 21st Century ready. It focuses on nurturing students' talent in the four C's of 21st century skill sets: Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking and Creativity. One student said he started going for a run every morning so that his house could increase their points, because the physical points in the application are integrated with Apple Health and Google Fit, awarding points for every step a student takes! It enabled the university to better engage with students and strengthen the bond to lower dropout rates and created a snowball effect for students to be more participating and competitive.
